Status
Nubesti plans to offer inSigner apps for iOS and Android. On September 22, 2026 they are not available as a public download in an app store. This page describes how those apps are intended to handle data, so the rules are in place before they ship.
The same service
The apps will open the same cloud workspace. They are not a separate product, and they will not keep a copy of your documents outside inSigner, except the temporary files the device needs to show a document you opened. The terms, the privacy policy, the acceptable use policy, and the data deletion policy will cover the apps without a separate contract.
Data the apps will process
When they are released, the apps may process:
- The account email and a session token stored in the device’s secure storage.
- Documents you open or send, and a signature you draw on the screen.
- The app version, operating system, device model, and crash reports needed to run and secure the app.
- A push notification token, if you turn notifications on.
Permissions
The apps will ask for a permission only when a feature needs it, and you can turn it off in the device settings:

What the apps will not do
The apps will not show ads, will not include advertising software, and will not sell personal data. Analytics in the apps will run only with your permission, and on iOS any tracking will require Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. Downloading an app does not give Apple or Google your documents. If a released version uses a provider that receives document content or notification tokens, we will add it to the subprocessors page first.
App store privacy labels
The privacy details shown on the App Store and the data safety section on Google Play will match this page and the privacy policy. If they ever differ, this page and the privacy policy control, and we will correct the store listing.
Deleting your account
You will be able to request account deletion from inside the app and from the web, as described in the data deletion policy. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your cloud workspace.
