In short
- Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA.
- We respect reduced motion settings and support keyboard navigation.
- We aim to reply to accessibility reports within 5 business days.
Our commitment
We want insigner.co, the workspace, and the signing pages to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or voice control. The planned mobile apps will follow the same aim when they are released.
Standards
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which is also the basis of the European standard EN 301 549. We take into account the European Accessibility Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Accessible Canada Act, and similar laws. We have not completed an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we do
Measures include:
- Semantic HTML, headings, and labels that assistive technology can read.
- Keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and interface colors chosen for contrast.
- Animations that stop when the device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages that work when zoomed to 200 percent and on small screens.
Known limitations
Documents uploaded by customers may not be accessible, and the sender is responsible for their content. Identity verification requires a camera and may be hard for some people to complete. Some parts provided by other companies, such as security challenges, may have their own limitations.
Report a barrier
Email [email protected] with the subject “Accessibility”, the page address, and what you were trying to do. We aim to reply within 5 business days. If a signing page blocks you, tell us and the sender. We will help find another way to complete the signature, and we will not ask you to sign a document you cannot access.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the authority that enforces accessibility laws where you live.
