Electronic signatures in the United Kingdom
English law generally accepts electronic signatures for commercial contracts. Deeds, witnessing, and some filings still follow their own rules.
The framework
The Electronic Communications Act 2000 and the UK eIDAS regulations are the references customers cite. A simple electronic signature can be valid. A qualified signature is a higher level.
The standard inSigner signature is not a qualified electronic signature. QES is an Enterprise option.

The record connects the document hash, the people invited, and the completion events. It does not replace a notarization, a wet-ink statute, or advice from your counsel.
