Electronic signatures in Spain
Spain applies eIDAS together with Ley 6/2020. Many private agreements can be signed electronically. Some acts still need a specific signature level.
The framework
Ley 6/2020 covers trusted electronic services and aligns Spanish rules with eIDAS. A simple electronic signature can support a commercial contract. A qualified signature is the highest level.
inSigner QES is an Enterprise option. It is not included in Essential or Pro.
What you can show later
A standard inSigner signature is an electronic signature with a completion record. It is not a qualified electronic signature. QES and the AATL check are Enterprise options.
The record connects the document hash, the people invited, and the completion events. It does not replace a notarization, a wet-ink statute, or advice from your counsel.
