Plans
These are the public plans on the date of this policy:
| Plan | Price | Billing | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | 4.99 US dollars per month | Monthly, after a one-month trial | Unlimited documents, templates, audit trails, email delivery, and reminders |
| Pro | 39 US dollars per month | Monthly, after a one-month trial | Everything in Essential, API access, webhooks, developer tools, and priority support |
| Enterprise | Custom pricing | Under a signed agreement | Everything in Pro, white label, SSO, QES for Europe, and an AATL check |
The white label option is available only on Enterprise. QES for Europe and the AATL check are Enterprise options, and they are described on the electronic signature responsibilities page.
Add-ons
OTP by WhatsApp and SMS, document signing on WhatsApp, and KYC identity verification are available on every plan. They are priced separately, usually per message or per verification, and the price is shown in the workspace or in your order before you turn the add-on on. Carrier fees, Meta conversation fees, and country-specific surcharges can make the price of a message different from one country to another.
Trial and renewal
Essential and Pro include a one-month trial. The paid price applies when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. After that, the plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Where the law requires it, we send a reminder to the account email before a trial converts to a paid plan or before a renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not delete the documents in the workspace.
Payment
PayPal processes subscription payments as an independent provider under its own terms and privacy statement. PayPal collects your payment method. inSigner receives only what it needs to know whether the subscription is active, such as the status of the payment and the PayPal subscription identifier.
Subscriptions started in a future mobile app will follow the same prices unless a later version of this policy says otherwise. If a purchase is made through an app store, that store’s billing rules also apply.
Taxes
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes unless we say they do. Where the law requires us to collect value added tax, goods and services tax, or sales tax, we add it to the price and show it on the invoice. Business customers in the European Union and other regions can give us a valid tax identification number so that the reverse-charge rules apply where they are available. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply to you, including withholding taxes, which may not reduce the amount we receive.
Currency and invoices
If you pay in another currency, PayPal or your bank converts the amount and may charge a conversion fee. Invoices and receipts are available in the workspace or on request at [email protected]. Tell us within 60 days if a charge looks wrong.
Price changes
We may change a price for a future billing period. If the price of your plan increases, we will email the account address at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. The price in effect at the start of a billing period is the price for that period.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it for a reasonable period and may limit the workspace to read-only access until it succeeds. We will not delete documents only because a payment failed without first writing to the account email. If you dispute a charge with your bank or PayPal, please write to us first, because most billing questions can be solved faster that way.
