Electronic signatures, in plain language
An electronic signature is data attached to a document that shows a person agreed. The useful part is the record around that act.
What people sign
They sign the document you sent, at the fields you placed. inSigner keeps a hash of the file so you can see whether it still matches.
What they do not automatically get
A drawn signature image is not, by itself, a qualified electronic signature. Notarization, witnesses, and company seals follow separate rules.
