These are structures, not finished contracts. Have a lawyer adapt them before you send them for signature.
Mutual NDA
Name the parties, define confidential information, set exclusions, limit use to the stated purpose, and choose a term and a governing law.
Services agreement
Describe the work, the fees, the acceptance step, the intellectual property, and how either party ends the agreement.
Offer letter
State the role, the start date, pay, and whether employment is at will or follows a local contract. Do not hide restrictive covenants in a footer.
