Our standards
Nubesti operates inSigner honestly and lawfully. We do not offer or accept bribes, we comply with sanctions and export laws, we avoid conflicts of interest, and we expect our providers to respect human rights and to reject forced labor and child labor.
What to report
Write to [email protected] with the subject “Ethics report” if you see:
- Abuse of the service, such as fraud, phishing, or a forged document.
- Bribery, corruption, or a breach of sanctions.
- Misuse of customer data by anyone at Nubesti.
- Any other conduct that breaks the law or these policies.
Copyright notices, content reports, and security reports have their own policies, and you can use the same inbox.
Confidentiality and anonymity
We keep the identity of the person who reports confidential and share it only with the people who need it to investigate, or when the law requires it. You can report anonymously, for example from an email address that does not identify you, although that can make it harder for us to follow up.
How we review a report
We confirm receipt within 7 days where we can reply, investigate what we can check, and tell you the outcome within 3 months where the law requires it. We do not share another customer’s information with you.
No retaliation
We do not retaliate against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, even if it turns out to be unfounded. Knowingly false reports are not protected.
